Cleveland is the M/WBE (Minority/Women Business Enterprise) Program Manager for Tarrant County College District.He is responsible for educating and encouraging small, minority & woman-owned firms to participate in the TCCD procurement process.His experience includes contract compliance (MWBE), outreach program management, conducting presentations on business development and M/WBE certification, etc.Prior to TCCD, Mr. Cleveland was the M/WBE Business Specialist with Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and certification specialist for the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency.Mr. Cleveland holds a Master Degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from Grambling State University.

Cheryl Jones Financing Cheryl Jones began her extensive banking career in 1980 and has been employed with several large banking institutions such as Wachovia Bank, Chase Bank and Compass Bank. As a Vice President of Business Banking and working in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the past 16 years, Cheryl was dedicated primarily to operational management and providing appropriate solutions business and the business owners, increasing their operational knowledge and helping them reduce operating costs and increase cash flow.In 2007, she formed her own company, Ideal Financial Solutions (IFS) to give “alternative financing options” to businesses. Raul Lopez Construction Counseling
Raul Lopez is an Architect with over 30 years experience in the construction and architectural design industry. Mr. Lopez has participated on such projects as the re-model of the Earle CabellFederalBuilding in downtown Dallas. Mr. Lopez has 25 years of construction training and consulting experience; having taught in different universities in Mexico throughout his career. This gives Mr. Lopez a vast understanding of the needs of the construction industry. Fluent in English and Spanish has helped him develop a close relationship with Hispanic Contractors and has assisted over 490 starting and emerging business owners. Mr. Lopez as the Business Assistance Director heads the training and the business economic development of the largest contractor’s association in the nation, the RHCA.
Rose Matthews General Business Rose is a Business Development Counselor at the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center. Rose is a veteran communications specialist who started her career as a reporter for the Kansas City Globe newspaper. Moving on to radio, Rose served as Director of Community Relations and host of “Rose Matthews’ Detroit” for Golden West Broadcasters. She served for 10 years as Media Outreach/Special Events Director for the National Association of Realtors and was selected as “Advertising Woman of the Year” by the Women’s Advertising Club of Detroit. Rose opened her full-service public relations and marketing firm in Washington, DC in 1995. Her clients included Ford Motor Company, The Xerox Company, the National Urban League, Northern Arizona University and the Enterprise Foundation.
Jim Randle Government Procurement and Contracting Jimis a Cross Timbers Procurement Center Government Contracting Counselor and Small Business Coach. He counsels small businesses on how to sell to prime contractors and works closely with defense prime contractors to help them meet their small business goals. Jim is responsible for the success of the Cross Timbers Veteran’s Initiative, Mentor-Protégé and SBIR programs.

Di Ann Sanchez is the Founder/President of DAS HR Consulting LLC, a HUB certified firm focused on creative and non-traditional Human Resources programs and services. Ms. Sanchez has over 25 years of experience, is a certified senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and has held executive positions with both private and public companies including Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, United Natural Foods, Inc., Boeing Commercial Airplane Group and American Airlines. Henry R Vinson Government Procurement and Contracting Henry is an instructor at the University of Texas at Arlington (Cross Timbers Procurement Center). The Cross Timbers Procurement Center is a Joint agreement with the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). For ten years Henry was president of Henry Vinson, Inc. His company provided full government contracting service to small and medium businesses. He has several years U.S. Government Contracting experience in supplies, services, and construction. He possessed an unlimited Contracting Officer’s Warrant with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES). He served as Chief of the Construction & Equipment Division that was responsible for all major construction and major equipment acquisition worldwide. This division purchased over half a billion dollars annually. He retired from the Department of Defense after 31 ˝ years. He attended the Masters Institute of Government Contracting. He also has 18 years cumulative retail experience in the management of large retail shopping centers for military forces.
